William H. Bradt
A co-founder of the company, Bill is a certified title geek. With over 30 years in the industry, Bill still encounters issues that fascinate him and enjoys fashioning solutions. A graduate of Albany Law School, Bill has worked in private practice, for major underwriters and for several large agencies. Always willing to share his experience and knowledge, with a focus on problem solving, Bill has been a frequent presenter at CLE courses. Whether it’s to double check your own understanding of a title issue or to help identify issues in a particularly complicated title, Bill makes himself available.
As co-founder, Deb brings over 25 years of abstracting, title examination and managerial experience to the company. Having worked for several large agents and underwriters, she has acquired the institutional knowledge critical to assisting you with even the most difficult abstracting issues. Her title examination skills combined with her abstracting knowledge enable her to identify possible problems and pitfalls and offer potential solutions. Since few things in life are as simple as they seem, you need experience on your side.
Steffinie joined the company shortly after its formation and is our “go to” person at the Clerk’s Office. From new abstracts to recordings to copies you have the advantage of Steffinie’s years of experience and familiarity of the Clerk’s Office. Dawn has over 20 years of experience helping clients solve problems and has come across almost every issue you can imagine. Although focusing primarily on title insurance, Dawn has extensive knowledge about all aspects of the business. Always willing to help, Eileen has 25 plus years of experience working in law offices as an administrative assistant. Whether it’s placing an order or locating an abstract, Eileen will pleasantly and efficiently get the job done.
